Application Fee: $50

Refundable Damage Fee: $500

Usage fees:

(1) Organizations whose membership is 50% or more City residents: $200 for 4 hours or less. $50 for each additional hour.

(2) Organizations whose membership is less than 50% City residents: $400 for 4 hours or less. $100 for each additional hour.

(3) Usage fees shall be reduced by 25% for any group or organization sponsoring 10 or more events in any calendar year.

(4) Use of facility's kitchen $100 additional fee for duration of event
