The Frank Masterson Memorial Recreation Area is on Lockwood Basin, the outlet of Washington Lake on Little Britain Road.
The recreation area was created for senior citizens, handicapped persons, and military veterans. It contains a handicapped accessible fishing area and pavilion, with seating areas along the shore. Fishing is allowed from the shore only.
